Tariff includes generous breakfast provisions for you to prepare a hearty country cooked breakfast for your first morning, also cereals,preserves, a selection of teas, coffee, milk......& a few little extras!

NIGHTLY RATE (rates are for 2 people per night)
• Minimum 2 nights
• Key available between 3pm - 8 pm only.
• Depart before 10.30am ( extra charges apply after 10.30am )
• $220.00 per night.

LONG WEEKENDS including EASTER

From $220.00 min. 3 nights

One night stays only during midweek $40.00 surcharge.

Late checkout extra $60.00 until 1pm if available.

A deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking payable by credit card.

On receipt of your credit card details, you will receive a confirmation email. The booking is then held exclusively for you .

We therefore have the following cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY

•	The booking can be deferred without penalty if notice is given more than 14 days prior to arrival date . The deposit is not refundable should cancellation occur for the deferred date.
	If you cancel more than 28 days prior to your arrival date, an admin charge of $50.00 applies. If you cancel 0 - 28 days prior to your due arrival date, the deposit is forfeited.
•	Part Cancellation is not accepted.
•	The owners of Badgers End reserve the right to cancel any booking due to unavoidable & unforeseen circumstances.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

In order to maintain a high standard for our guests, & although we appreciate most will respect our property, because of occasional abuse, the following TERMS & CONDITIONS apply.

•	Your reservation & booking constitutes an affirmative by you that you accept & agree to abide by the terms & conditions of occupancy of the Summerhouse.
•	Balance of payment is due on arrival. Credit card details will be required & a registration form to be completed by way of security.
•	The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to alter or cancel a booking due to unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund of the deposit will apply.
•	The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly the tariff does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc.
•	The Summerhouse & its facilities is let for 2 people only & exclusively for holiday accommodation. The use of the cottage & its facilities by additional persons is not permitted.
•	As security against damage,breakages, theft and loss caused by you to any part of the cottage we require credit card authorisation by you.
•	Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-in time is 3pm. Check-out time is prior to 10.30 am. Late departures between 10.30am & 12 midday are charged an extra $30.00 per hr or part thereof & will be added to the tariff.
•	Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.
•	Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
